Domestic (USA) Returns:
You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order delivery date (for orders purchased between the dates 11/28/2204 - 12/31/2024 the return window is 60 days)
We cover your shipping cost to send back items to be exchanged and we also cover the shipping cost to send your items back for store credit.
Kill Crew does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached.
