SHIPPING NOTICE
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship & get a tracking numbers emailed.
(Express orders will go out ASAP)

We respond to inquiries as quickly as
possible during business hours. If you reach out after hours, we’ll get back to
you the next business day. -
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll
receive a tracking number via email.Any orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following business day (Monday). Please keep in mind that our business hours are Monday through Friday (8am-5pm)
What’s the difference between processing and shipping?
Processing time: When we prepare your order (packing, labeling, etc.)
Shipping time: When the carrier takes over and delivers your package.
Please note: Carrier delivery speed is out of
our control. We ship promptly (unless any address verification is needed), but delays with FedEx, USPS, DHL, or UPS may occur. -
We offer expedited shipping options at
checkout. However:- Express shipping refers to carrier speed, not our internal processing time
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST may
ship the next business day
FedEx Transfer Delays
FedEx may experience 2–3 day delays when transferring packages between coasts. We’re
always actively working to ensure the most seamless experience, but when delays
happen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company for the best information. -
We know how exciting it is to receive your order and we’re here to help if something’s off.
My order is delayed: orders may take 5–7 business days to arrive, especially during peak seasons or carrier delays. If it’s been longer than that, reach out to us at hello@killcrew.co and we’ll investigate.

Delivered not Received Packages: If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please take the following steps before reaching out to our team:
- Check your surroundings – Look around your property, including any side doors, porches, garages, or outdoor areas, and with neighbors to see where the carrier may have left your package.
- For apartments or multi-unit buildings – Check with your building management, mailroom, leasing office, or neighbors to see if the package was accepted or placed elsewhere.
- Allow up to 6 business days – Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few days before actual arrival. Please wait 6 business days from the marked delivery date, as your package may still arrive within that time, and if the package has still not arrived by the 6th business day, proceed with reaching out to our team.
If, after 6 business days, your package still has not arrived, please contact our support team at hello@killcrew.co for further assistance. We will review each case individually and determine the best course of action. We will file a claim through the carrier to see what can be done and if the package can be replaced. If a claim is denied, we cannot do anything more about the loss of the package.*Please note that we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. Once an order is delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer or the forwarding service. Reshipments for these cases are issued at our discretion.

If something’s missing from your package, please contact us via email (hello@killcrew.co) with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll make it right.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the reshipment of that order will be at Kill Crew’s discretion.
If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please reach out to our support team immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
